O.K MOST OF YOU MUST BE AWARE THAT WE CANNOT CREATE A FOLDER IN XP WHOSE NAME IS CON,LPT1,COM1,etc..
THE REASON IS THAT THESE ARE SYSTEM FILES AND EVEN XP USE IT RARELY.
SO,I WILL GIVE YOU A TUTORIAL TO CREATE THIS FOLDER.

STEP1: goto command prompt

STEP2: type in prompt e:\> "mkdir \\.\e:\con"

STEP3: verify by typing "dir \\.\e:\con"

NOW, AFTER CREATING THIS FOLDER , YOU WONT BE ABLE TO DELETE IT BY NORMAL METHODS.SO,TO DELETE IT IT,TYPE THIS COMMAND IN CMD PROMPT WITHOUT QUOTES.
"rmdir \\.\e:\con"

TO CREATE A FOLDER WITH NO NAME , PRESS ALT KEY AND TYPE 0160 SIMULTANEOUSLY AND PRES ENTER.
